• Wrong Parts Sent: If you receive the wrong item, return it to us, and we will send the correct part as soon as the incorrect item is received.

• Fitted or Damaged Items: Items that have been fitted or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

• Custom-Made Parts: Custom-made parts, such as spacers tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Accidental purchases may not qualify for a refund or return, so it’s essential to review your order carefully.

• Custom engraved items are non-refundable once work has begun, as they are made to your specific request.

• We are not liable for any pre-existing defects, material inconsistencies, or damage that may occur during the engraving process on customer-supplied items.
